Makaiza Farms Limited, a reputable player in the agri-business industry, is seeking a highly motivated Data Officer to manage data collection, entry, validation, and analysis related to the certification process.
Collect and validate farm-level and group-level data
Maintain digital farmer register and traceability records ( e.g., ICS, GPS, yield data)
Support remote sensing, mapping, and deforestation risk checks.
Prepare certification audit data packages and reports.
Ensure compliance with RA data management and privacy protocols.
B.Sc./HND in Statistics, GIS, Computer Science, Agronomy, or related field
Proficient in Excel, KoboCollect/ODK, and digital traceability platforms.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience with RA/UTZ data tools and GPS mapping is an added advantage
